Step 1: Investment Registration Certificate (IRC)

  • Submit to provincial Department of Planning and Investment
  • Requires business plan, capital proof, lease contract

Step 2: Enterprise Registration Certificate (ERC)

  • Apply to provincial Department of Industry and Trade after IRC
  • Determine company name, business scope, registered capital
  • Processing: 5-10 working days

Step 3: Food Operation License

  • Apply to provincial Food Safety Authority
  • Provide food safety management system, staff health certificates
  • Premises must pass hygiene inspection

Step 4: Franchise Registration

  • Under Vietnam Commercial Law Article 286, franchises must register with Ministry of Industry and Trade
  • Submit franchise agreement, brand registration proof
